Do I need to book?
Yes. In order to give you the time you deserve an appointment is needed to have a cast completed. Please drop us an email or message us
Is there an age restriction?
Yes. You must be over 18 to have a body casting with Cherish You. Children can have their hands/feet casted with our sister company So Cherished.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. We want you to feel confident and comfortable. You are welcome to attend the appointment alone or with someone if you would like them there.
I have an idea in mind but it isn't on your website...
We aim to accommodate your requirements. If you have an idea you would like to discuss please contact us and I’m sure we can find a solution you will love!
When will I pay for my cast?
A £100 deposit secures your appointment, on the day of your casting we take 50% of the final balance less the deposit that you have paid. The final 50% will be due on completion of your finished cast. You can pay via cash, card, bank transfer or paypal.
I'm not the right size for a cast!
Yes you are!!! Everyone, not matter their size or shape can still make a gorgeous cast! Contact us to discuss which part of you showcases your amazing self and how we can best capture it.
How long will the casting appointment take?
Please allow 1.5 – 2 hours for your appointment, this allows us good time to chat through the process, complete the mould for your casting and discuss colours and finishes.
Is the process anonymous?
We are required to take and keep personal details for our records. However, they are kept in strict confidentiality and we follow all GDPR rules, permission will be sought before any photos are shared.
When will me cast be ready to take home?
Depending on your finish, and if you have any decoration completed by the marvellous “Mrs Murals“, your cast should be ready within 12 – 14 weeks.
I don’t live locally, are you able to send my cast?
Yes this is no problem at all, it may just incur an additional fee to cover postage and packaging charges.
